Mark and Lisa provide personal property appraisal services for a variety of purposes, including divorce, probate, insurance, bankrupcy, and other situations. Services range from informal verbal estimates of fair market value to formal written appraisals to expert testimony.

We are proud to be the only appraisal firm in Central Ohio with two CAGA certified appraisers on staff. This allows us to provide very timely service. Our experience in the auction business have provided us with a great base of product knowledge and an extensive network of contacts with expertise in a variety of areas.

Apprasial reports are prepared using software available only to members of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America, the premier accreditation and trade organization for personal property appraisers in North America. This software ensures that our apprasial reports conform with the requirements of the Universal Commercial Code and are acceptable to the court system. Very often photos are included with the appraisal report.
